The Knitting Nook strives to offer our fellow fiber lovers
something unique – the kinds of yarns that turn heads, attract
fingers, and make cherished heirlooms. Our inventory
consists of a broad variety of fibers, from cotton, wool, silk,
linen, and alpaca to the unusual like buffalo, bamboo and dog!
And if being madly in love with yarn isn’t nearly enough,
check out our class schedule that is packed with learning opportunities
for any age and skill level as well as drop-in sessions for
relaxation & inspiration.

- Retail store - 3466 Main St., Coventry, CT with expansive
hours to meet your busy schedule.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Knitting is known to induce a calming effect – you are
encouraged to bring your stash and/or project and join us! We
make a pretty decent cup of coffee and have a comfy sitting
area for you to fully enjoy the social aspect of knitting together.
If we are open – you are invited!
Are you in between projects? Join us for V2K (Volunteer to
Knit) and help our collection of baby blankets, socks &
warm clothing for our servicemen and preemie hats grow.
